Job Summary
We're seeking an experienced Customer Service Professional to join our team in a fully remote capacity. As a key member of our customer service team, you'll provide information, education, and assistance to our members, providers, and other stakeholders on recorded phone lines regarding benefits, claims, and eligibility. Your primary focus will be on delivering exceptional customer service, ensuring that our members and partners receive the support they need to navigate their healthcare benefits.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide information, education, and assistance to members, providers, and other stakeholders on recorded phone lines regarding benefits, claims, and eligibility
- Deliver exceptional customer service to all internal and external members and providers, ensuring that their needs are met and exceeded
- Serve as the primary contact between arenaflex and members and providers, providing critical support and guidance to ensure their satisfaction and retention
- Utilize web-based tools in a Windows environment to multitask and provide caring service to members
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and ensure seamless service delivery
- Meet or exceed performance metrics, including call handling time, first-call resolution, and customer satisfaction ratings
Skills & Qualifications
* High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1-2+ years of recent customer service call center experience, with a strong background in healthcare or a related field
- Previous experience with Salesforce and/or Radar is preferred but not required
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and provide empathetic support
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills, with the ability to analyze complex customer issues and provide effective solutions
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Strong technical skills, with the ability to navigate web-based tools and software applications
Pay and Benefits
* Competitive hourly rate: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour
- Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits, and may depend on job classification and length of employment
