Job Summary
We're seeking an experienced Part-Time Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you'll be responsible for communicating with customers to identify their needs, process requests, escalate complaints, and provide helpful solutions that ensure they have a great customer service experience with arenaflex. Responsibilities
As a Part-Time Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:
- Handling High-Volume Inbound Calls and Emails: Respond to a high volume of customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide solutions in a timely and professional manner.
- Identifying Customer Needs: Collect relevant information, understand customer concerns, and provide solutions that meet their needs.

Qualifications
