Key Responsibilities

As the Vice President of Customer Engagement, Future Readiness, Launch, and Field Operations, you will be responsible for leading the development and execution of a unified customer engagement strategy that drives business growth and operational excellence. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Leading the development and execution of a unified customer engagement strategy: You will work closely with cross-functional teams to design and implement a customer-centric strategy that aligns with arenaflex's business objectives.
  • Overseeing go-to-market planning, field effectiveness, and continuous process improvement: You will lead the development of go-to-market plans, monitor field effectiveness, and identify opportunities for process improvement to drive business results.
  • Shaping and executing a forward-looking customer engagement strategy: You will stay ahead of industry trends and develop a forward-looking customer engagement strategy that positions arenaflex for success.
  • Driving continuous improvement in operational processes and governance: You will lead initiatives to improve operational processes, governance, and compliance to ensure arenaflex remains a leader in the industry.
  • Collaborating with Sales, Finance, P&O, and Analytics to align resources: You will work closely with cross-functional teams to align resources, prioritize initiatives, and drive business results.
  • Championing a culture of innovation and learning: You will foster a culture of innovation and learning, encouraging experimentation, and embracing new ideas to drive business growth.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications and skills:

  • Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred: You will have a strong educational background, with a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and an MBA preferred.
  • 10+ years’ experience of progressive experience in pharmaceutical, biotech, healthcare, or healthcare consulting: You will have a proven track record of success in the pharmaceutical, biotech, or healthcare industries, with a minimum of 10 years of experience.
  • Proven ability to translate strategy into execution, with 3+ years’ experience in project management and leading sophisticated, cross-functional initiatives: You will have a proven ability to translate strategy into execution, with experience in project management and leading cross-functional initiatives.
  • Recognized ability in attracting, developing, and retaining diverse, high-performing teams: You will have a proven ability to attract, develop, and retain diverse, high-performing teams.
  • Strong strategic, critical thinking, and decision-making skills: You will possess strong strategic, critical thinking, and decision-making skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and make informed decisions.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of U.S. market access dynamics: You will have comprehensive knowledge of U.S. market access dynamics, with the ability to navigate complex regulatory environments.
