Job Summary
As a Medical Customer Service Agent, you will be the face of arenaflex, interacting with military service members to deliver exceptional customer service at all touch points. You will work in an innovative and agile environment, utilizing new technologies to support our Reserve Health Readiness Program III (RHRP-3), which provides health readiness support services to the military Reserve Components nationwide and Active Duty Components in remote areas.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide high-touch and outstanding service to military service members, responding to their inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner
- Download and screen military medical forms and records for accuracy and thoroughness
- Review medical records and determine the necessary/required medical, dental, and behavioral health services needed
- Schedule service members' individual, in-clinic, group, and/or telephonic appointments
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure seamless delivery of services
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of interactions and services provided
Requirements
* Job Levels: + Level 1: 0–1 year experience + Level 2: 1-3 years experience + Level 3: 3-5 years experience
- Must be a U.S. Citizen and be able to obtain a military Common Access Card
- A CURRENT medical certification, such as Registered Nurse (RN), Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN/LPN), Certified Medical Assistant (CMA), Emergency Medical Technician (EMT), or prior military Medic, Corpsman, Para-rescue, or Health Service Technician
- Certification must be current and remain valid throughout employment
- A High School diploma/GED, or 2 years of relevant experience in lieu of
- The ability to successfully pass a federal background check - National Agencies Check w/ Inquiries (NACI)
Preferred Qualifications
* 1 - 5 years of relevant experience
- Current medical certification, certified Medical Assistant (CMA), Emergency Medical Technician (EMT), or prior military medic, corpsman, pararescue, or health services technician required. Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) preferred
- GED or better

- Proficiency in using technology, including electronic medical records and communication systems
