Key Responsibilities:

As a Live Chat Support Specialist at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:

  • Interacting with customers on a business's website through live chat, providing timely and accurate support
  • Answering questions about products and services using pre-prepared responses provided by the business
  • Utilizing your problem-solving skills to resolve customer issues and concerns

Job Details:

* Contract Length: No fixed term, with opportunities for extension or conversion to full-time

  • Rate: Hourly wage starts at $35, with opportunities for growth and increase with experience
  • Skills/Background Needed:

+ Device (phone, tablet, laptop) with internet access to handle social media and website chat functions + Independence and ability to follow instructions closely + Availability for at least 5 hours per week with a reliable internet connection

  • Hours per Week: Flexible part-time schedule, ranging from 5 to 40 hours per week
  • Location: Remote position, allowing you to work online from anywhere in the United States

Requirements:

* High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field (e.g., customer service, communications) preferred

  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
