Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Entry-Level Data Entry Specialist Admin to join our remote team in New York. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for capturing and updating data into our company's databases, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. This role requires strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

As an Entry-Level Data Entry Specialist Admin, you'll be responsible for:

• Capturing and updating data into relevant databases in a timely and accurate manner
• Identifying and correcting errors, and swiftly bringing them to the attention of relevant parties where necessary
• Scanning through information to identify relevant information and correcting errors
• Entering and updating information into relevant databases and software systems following established procedures and guidelines
• Ensuring data is backed up and secure
• Informing relevant parties regarding errors encountered
• Handling additional duties from time to time
• Accurately inputting data into company databases and software systems following established procedures and guidelines

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

• A working camera on your smartphone or a webcam on your desktop/laptop
• Excellent typing speed and accuracy
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy in a fast-paced environment
• Good understanding of data confidentiality principles
• Access to reliable internet connection and appropriate remote work setup
• Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision
• Effective communication skills and the ability to collaborate with remote teams
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications or training in data entry will be a plus
