The Role
As a Customer Service & Math Tutor at arenaflex, you'll play a vital role in supporting families and helping students achieve academic success. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Maintaining regular contact with families to monitor progress, adjust lesson plans, and provide guidance, encouragement, and feedback aligned with their goals
- Responding to student calls, offering expert help using step-by-step solutions within the arenaflex program
- Providing a positive and supportive learning experience for students
- Collaborating with the arenaflex team to ensure seamless communication and delivery of educational services
- Embracing change and driving continuous improvement in our programs and services

About You
We're looking for a passionate and dedicated individual with a strong understanding of Math at a grade 11 and 12 level. You'll have:
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders
- The confidence and maturity to speak with parents about their child's progress
- Strong organization and administration skills, with attention to detail
- Experience in a fast-paced environment working with multiple IT platforms
- The ability to embrace change and drive continuous improvement
- Some experience in tutoring Math to elementary and secondary school students is preferred
While tutoring experience or a teaching qualification is highly regarded, it's not required. As part of your role involves giving guidance to students, you'll need to be available to work afternoon and evening shifts.
Work Schedule
Full-time positions are Monday to Friday, 12pm-8pm, and part-time positions are Monday to Friday, 2pm-7pm or 3pm-8pm. We welcome applications from individuals who are flexible and able to adapt to our schedule.
