Experienced Customer Success Professional – Driving Client Adoption, Satisfaction, and Retention at arenaflex
About the Role
We're seeking an exceptional Customer Success Professional to join our team at arenaflex, a leading provider of innovative solutions for the fashion, luxury, beauty, and PR industries. As a key member of our Customer Success team, you will be responsible for managing critical client relationships, ensuring seamless system adoption, and driving client satisfaction and retention. Your expertise will play a vital role in shaping the arenaflex experience, fostering long-term partnerships, and driving business growth.Responsibilities
As a Customer Success Professional at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:- Developing in-depth knowledge of arenaflex's system functions and features to provide strategic guidance to clients, driving product value and ROI.
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date client information, including contacts, documentation, reviews, and projects, within our CRM system, Gainsight.
- Leading regular account reviews with clients to ensure proper system usage, communicate updates, and address any concerns or issues.
- Collecting and delivering client feedback to our product teams to inform product roadmap and prioritize projects.
- Identifying and addressing dissatisfied accounts, ensuring swift and effective resolution of problems or issues.
- Completing client follow-up training and adoption activities, as well as system updates and changes, to ensure renewal and growth.
- Identifying opportunities for upsell and cross-sell, nurturing them through to handover to our sales team.
- Evaluating and documenting implementation plans and specifications, project-managing incoming client requests alongside our product team, and acting as the voice of the client.
About You
We're looking for a highly motivated and customer-centric individual with a passion for delivering exceptional client experiences. To be successful in this role, you will need:- A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in business or a related field.
- A minimum of 1 year of previous experience in Customer Success or a related role.
- The ability to perform within a fast-paced, multi-priority setting.
- A customer-first mentality, with the ability to empathize and build customer loyalty.
- Strong technical aptitude and the ability to learn new technologies quickly, with a strategic approach to change management and system integration.
- Excellent interpersonal skills for phone troubleshooting and writing skills through email.
Extra Credit
While not required, experience working in the fashion, luxury, beauty, or PR space, exposure to global customers, and an understanding of international markets are highly desirable. Additionally, experience with delivering on-site training and webinars is a plus.About the Customer Success Team
