What You'll Do:

As a Customer Support Representative at arenaflex, you'll have the opportunity to make a real difference in people's lives. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Providing exceptional customer service and technical support for medical device products and services
• Responding to inbound calls and emails to troubleshoot, research, and resolve product issues
• Documenting interactions and maintaining accurate records in CRM systems
• Collaborating with internal teams to escalate and resolve technical issues
• Educating customers on product usage and ensuring satisfaction throughout their experience
• Maintaining productivity standards in a fast-paced, high-impact environment

What We're Looking For:

To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess a unique blend of skills, experience, and personal qualities. We're looking for individuals who are:

• Experienced in customer support or technical support, preferably in healthcare or medical devices (2+ years of experience required)
• Comfortable working remotely with a dedicated home workstation
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools (Salesforce experience a plus)
• Strong troubleshooters with the ability to explain complex issues to non-technical users
• Excellent communicators with both written and verbal skills
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to multi-task effectively
• Available to work between 7:00am and 8:00pm (schedule may vary)
