Key Responsibilities:
As a Remote Data Entry Specialist, your key responsibilities will include:
- Accurately and efficiently entering data into our database systems
- Conducting research and participating in online focus groups and product testing
- Providing feedback and insights to help us improve our products and services
- Collaborating with our research participants to ensure high-quality data collection
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of all research studies and data entry activities
- Participating in ongoing training and professional development to enhance your skills and knowledge
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications and skills:
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
- Current USA resident
- Ability to speak, read, and understand English; Spanish language skills a plus
- Ability to focus and follow through on tasks and responsibilities
- Reliable computer, laptop, or mobile device with internet connection
- Microsoft Word or Excel skills helpful but not mandatory
- Data entry skills, including the ability to type a minimum of 25 words per minute
- Backgrounds in customer service, administrative assisting, sales, and sales support helpful but not mandatory

Pay and Benefits:
