Job Responsibilities
As a Work at Home Data Entry Operator at arenaflex, you will play a vital role in managing patient information and medical records. Your primary responsibilities will include: - Accurate Data Entry: Enter patient information and medical records accurately and efficiently into our database system. - Data Verification: Review and verify the accuracy of data before inputting to ensure the highest level of quality and precision. - Record Keeping: Create and maintain electronic and/or paper records of patient information, adhering to company policies and procedures. - Staying Up-to-Date: Stay current with company policies and procedures regarding data entry and patient recordkeeping. - Communication: Communicate effectively with team members and superiors to ensure accuracy and efficiency in data entry and recordkeeping. - Confidentiality: Maintain the confidentiality of all patient records and information in accordance with HIPAA regulations.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications: - Education: High school diploma or equivalent. - Experience: Proven experience in data entry or a similar role is preferred. - Technical Skills: Excellent typing skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. - Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail and accuracy are essential for this role. - Independence: Ability to work independently and meet deadlines without supervision. - Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and time-management skills are necessary for this position. - Medical Terminology: Familiarity with medical terminology and electronic health records is a plus.

Compensation Range
The compensation range for this role is $68,000 - $70,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
