Job Summary
As a Customer Service Representative on our Ryder Vehicle Sales Support team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our customers, responding to their inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring their satisfaction. You'll work closely with our sales, operations, and asset management teams to provide seamless support and ensure our customers receive the best possible experience.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide exceptional customer service to our customers, responding to their inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring their satisfaction
- Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and text messages related to Retail Vehicle Sales support
- Maintain ownership of customer inquiries (cases) until resolution is communicated to the customer
- Collaborate with our sales, operations, and asset management teams to provide seamless support and ensure our customers receive the best possible experience
- Ensure compliance with all company, local, state, federal, and other regulatory agencies' policies
- Perform other duties as assigned
Essential Functions
* Provide a great customer experience and ensure concerns, issues, and disputes are resolved to the customers' expectations
- Handle all Rental sales and the sales process for inbound calls and outbound solicitation to increase leads and new customers
- Accountable for rental truck inventory levels by coordinating with Maintenance and Asset Management to meet customer demands
- Workflow management: enhance productivity through effective scheduling and planning
- Generate purchase/repair orders and maintenance of files
- Parts management: contribute to cost containment through inventory planning and warranty
Additional Responsibilities
* Ensure compliance with all company, local, state, federal, and other regulatory agencies' policies
- Perform other duties as assigned

- Demonstrates customer service skills
Qualifications
* H.S. diploma/GED required
- One (1) year or more in sales and/or customer service required
