The Opportunity

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for handling inbound customer calls, providing assistance with orders and accounts, and driving sales and promoting products effectively. You will work remotely to assist customers with their queries, resolve issues, and provide a personalized experience for each caller. Your impact will be felt across the entire arenaflex family of brands, and you will have the opportunity to advance and grow professionally within our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

* Handle a high volume of inbound customer inquiries in a busy and dynamic environment

• Provide a distraction-free work-from-home environment to ensure excellent customer service
• Offer additional products to customers on each interaction to drive sales and promote products
• Assist customers with questions, resolve issues, and provide a personalized experience for each caller
• Calls may include confirming refunds, taking payments, placing orders, and analyzing account data
• Opportunity for advancement and upward mobility across the entire arenaflex family of brands
• Report to an assigned Customer Service Supervisor
• Work from home with a set schedule and structured day

What You Bring:

* Problem-solving and de-escalation skills to handle unique situations and sustain a high-paced call volume

• Ability to learn and work in a virtual environment with a set schedule and structured day
• Excellent communication skills to interact with a variety of customer styles, peers, and leaders
• Ability to navigate multiple systems and screens while assisting customers
• Ability to sit for long periods of time
• Familiarity with Cornerstone Brands computer system requirements
• Troubleshooting skills to resolve technical problems (in partnership with IT when needed)
• Availability to work weekends, holidays, and additional hours

Compensation and Benefits:

* Starting rate of $15.00/hour

• Shift differential available when applicable

System Requirements:

* Self-provided computer or laptop with a Microsoft Windows operating system, Windows 10 or newer, and no more than three years old

• Headset compatible with arenaflex specifications (arenaflex reimburses $75 for headset)
• High-speed internet connection (satellite, broadband, wireless, or dial-up services are not an option)
• Mac/Apple products, Chromebooks, Surfaces, and notebooks are not supported
• Webcam and ability to appear on camera for meetings and trainings
