Experienced Customer Service Representative/Dispatcher – Remote Opportunity at arenaflex

As a key member of our dispatch team, you'll play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences, ensuring efficient service scheduling, and maintaining a positive team atmosphere.
Job Role:
As a Customer Service Representative/Dispatcher at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for handling inbound phone calls for scheduling service and maintenance for our Residential Department. Your daily duties will include:
- Maintaining our customer database with accurate and up-to-date information
- Making daily outbound phone calls to customers and technicians
- Routing technicians based on location to ensure efficient service delivery
- Collaborating with the dispatch team to ensure seamless communication and coordination
- Maintaining a positive and productive team atmosphere
Schedule:
Our Customer Service Representative/Dispatcher will work a flexible schedule, with the following arrangements:
- Wednesday: In-office at our Chantilly location from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (with a one-hour lunch break)
- Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday: Remote work from home from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (with a one-hour lunch break)
Qualifications:
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- Previous call center experience, with at least one year of experience in a similar role
- The ability to type at a speed of approximately 70 words per minute
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to handle high call volumes
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Familiarity with main cities and locations in Northern Virginia
- Accurate documentation skills, with the ability to accurately document information into our customer database (Service Titan)
Remote Work Requirements:
To work remotely, you'll need to provide:
- High-speed internet access
- A quiet workspace with minimal background noise
