Job Responsibilities:
As a Customer Service Specialist at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:
- Providing quality customer service through inbound and outbound calls, emails, and chats
- Prioritizing and responding to customer questions and concerns in a timely and professional manner
- Entering orders and reworking orders as needed
- Answering optical-related technical questions and providing solutions
- Managing customer late lists and communicating with customers to resolve issues
- Performing other duties within the customer service department or other areas as assigned
- Maintaining a clean and organized work environment
- Observing all company policies, rules, and safety practices
Key Skills and Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- High school education or equivalent
- At least 1 year of previous related experience and/or training
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos
- Ability to write short correspondence
- Ability to communicate effectively in a team environment
- Ability to use professional language/conduct when communicating externally to customers
- Basic math skills, including the ability to add and subtract
- Understanding of decimal numerical sequencing
- Ability to multitask and prioritize
- Good judgment and decision-making skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs, including Excel and Word
- Familiarity with electronic communication methods, such as email, instant messaging, and chat services
- Ability to set up computers and use keyboarding skills with the ability to 10 key
