Job Summary/Purpose
As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and support to our members, providers, and internal stakeholders. Your primary focus will be on ensuring accurate and timely processing of requests, resolving complex issues, and providing clear and concise information to our customers. You'll be the primary point of contact for plan benefit questions, and your excellent communication skills will be essential in building strong relationships with our members and providers.
Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service to members, providers, and internal stakeholders via phone, email, and other communication channels. - Process requests and resolve issues in a timely and accurate manner, ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations. - Act as a primary contact for plan benefit questions, providing clear and concise information to our customers. - Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues and ensure seamless communication. - Develop and maintain knowledge of arenaflex's health plan products, services, and policies. - Identify and escalate complex issues to senior team members or management as needed. - Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge.
Experience/Education/Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent required. - Two (2) years of professional customer service experience required. - Experience in a health plan setting preferred. - Experience with state and federal rules and regulations (including Medicare and Medicaid) preferred. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.

- Effective written and verbal communication skills to perform group presentations, discuss issues, and listen to and understand concepts, rules, and procedures. - Ability to work with all levels within the organization, facilitate communication, and effectively document related activities. - Ability to identify complex problems, review related information, employ creativity and alternative thinking to develop and evaluate options, and implement solutions. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions. - Proficiency in computer software applications, including CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
