Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for processing customer orders and inquiries in a collaborative call center environment. You will communicate with customers over phone, email, and chat, helping them navigate our website and online ordering system. You will also become a product expert, equipped to answer product, pricing, and shipping questions quickly and confidently.

Key Responsibilities

• Help customers navigate arenaflex's website and online ordering system
• Become a product expert, equipped to answer product, pricing, and shipping questions quickly and confidently
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and concerns
• Meet or exceed customer satisfaction targets and key performance indicators (KPIs)

Minimum Requirements

* High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred

• Prior customer service experience is a plus, but we'll train you to provide legendary service for our customers!
• MUST be available to travel for initial training at arenaflex's other North American locations
