Key Responsibilities

As a Virtual Chat Support Associate at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Responding to customer inquiries via live chat platforms in a timely and professional manner
  • Providing technical support and product information to customers, resolving their issues and concerns
  • Processing orders, returns, and account changes efficiently and accurately
  • Resolving customer complaints and escalating complex issues to senior support team members
  • Maintaining chat response time and quality standards, ensuring exceptional customer experiences
  • Documenting customer interactions in our CRM system for future reference and analysis
  • Collaborating with team members on customer solutions, sharing knowledge and best practices to drive continuous improvement

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent
  • At least 1 year of experience in chat support or customer service, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences
  • Excellent written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex information in a clear and concise manner
  • Fast typing speed (40+ WPM) with accuracy, ensuring efficient and effective communication with customers
  • Strong multitasking abilities, with the capacity to handle multiple customer interactions simultaneously
  • Problem-solving and conflict resolution skills, with the ability to de-escalate customer complaints and concerns
  • Reliable internet and a quiet home office, ensuring a distraction-free and productive work environment

Technical Requirements

To perform this role, you'll need:

  • A computer with Windows 10/Mac OS, with a reliable and high-speed internet connection (25+ Mbps minimum)
  • A dual monitor setup, preferred but not required
  • A backup internet connection, recommended but not essential
  • Familiarity with chat software platforms, with the ability to learn and adapt to our proprietary systems

Compensation & Benefits

As a full-time Virtual Chat Support Associate at arenaflex, you can expect:

  • Competitive hourly rate of $17-21/hour, based on experience
  • Full-time hours of 40 hours per week, guaranteed

Schedule
