Job Summary

As a Customer Experience Banker, you'll be the face of arenaflex, providing exceptional service to our walk-in customers while identifying opportunities to grow their relationships and deepen their engagement with our products and services. You'll work closely with our customers to understand their financial goals and needs, recommending tailored solutions that meet their unique requirements. Your passion for customer service, sales, and relationship management will be essential in driving business growth and exceeding customer expectations.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer service, resolving issues promptly and efficiently while maintaining a positive and empathetic attitude

  • Understand and educate customers on consumer deposit products, consumer lending, and other relevant banking services
  • Proactively identify opportunities to grow customer relationships through a disciplined sales process, new customer follow-up program, outbound calling, and sourcing referrals from customers and partners
  • Educate and refer customers to other areas of the bank to deepen relationships and build a strong partnership
  • Adhere to all operational, security, risk, and regulatory policies and procedures
  • Demonstrate acumen in sales, customer service, relationship management, banking, consumer lending, business banking, business lending, communication, and presentation
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management

Basic Qualifications

* High School Diploma or GED and a minimum of 1 year customer service or military service in an administration, contracting, civil affairs, or similar role

  • Bachelor's Degree preferred

Preferred Qualifications

* 1 year or more in customer service in banking, financial services, or goal-driven retail sales

  • Cash handling skills
  • Comfort with technology such as mobile services and online banking services
