Job Summary
As a Spanish Bilingual Remote Customer Service Representative, you'll be a key member of our customer support team, responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience and helping our customers navigate the complexities of health insurance enrollment. You'll work closely with our customers, providing technical support, answering questions, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner. Responsibilities
* Provide exceptional customer service to our customers via phone, email, and online chat
- Manage customer accounts and provide technical support to resolve issues and answer questions
- Enter application data accurately and efficiently
- Interpret and follow defined procedures and policies to ensure compliance and quality
- Utilize creative problem-solving skills to resolve complex customer issues
- Adapt to changing projects and updates with flexibility and a positive attitude
- Manage time and tasks effectively, prioritizing multiple responsibilities and meeting deadlines
- Participate in extensive self-study, training, and testing to stay up-to-date on industry developments and arenaflex's products and services
- Adhere to regulated guidelines for communications via all channels
Qualifications
* 18 years of age or older
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
- 1+ year of experience in customer support or technical support role
- Previous experience with Group and/or Individual health insurance, or the Affordable Care Act a plus
- Familiarity with CRM systems and practices a plus
- Spanish Bilingual (fluency in speaking, reading, and writing)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- High level of professionalism and adaptability
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
