The Role
As a Customer Success Implementation Specialist, you'll be responsible for coordinating cross-functionally across several departments within the Product, Revenue, and Operations organizations. Your goal is to educate and enable new customers of our products and services while monitoring their success through activation rates. You'll work closely with our customers to understand their needs, develop tailored solutions, and ensure seamless implementation.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage dependencies both within and across the company for up to 35 customer deployments simultaneously
- Identify, understand, and reinforce customer buying decisions throughout the deployment lifecycle
- Coordinate with respective teams as applicable to mitigate and resolve deployment risks
- Communicate and influence customer execution and delivery
- Oversee the planning, tracking, and completion of all project tasks throughout the customer implementation process, including:
+ Credentialing, account setup, and post-solutioning + Developing and overseeing the project deployment, leading implementation meetings, coordinating and monitoring the progress of the customer, and handing off to Support or Customer Success + Coordinating internal resources as required to manage engagement from sales handoff through first invoice + Driving customers to activate within 60 days and reach 5% of EACV + Preparing and coordinating client training, helping customers to adopt product features and recognize their benefits + Providing ongoing deployment progress to management using relevant reporting tools and dashboards + Identifying and driving improvement projects to reduce time to value while ensuring high-quality output, taking action to notify and solve quality issues
What You Bring
* 2+ years of customer service or customer success experience
- Excellent written/oral/presentation skills; comfortable communicating at multiple levels within an organization
- Flexible and able to juggle and complete multiple priorities and projects (internally and externally) in a fast-paced environment

Work Environment and Company Culture
At arenaflex, we believe a hybrid work environment strengthens collaboration, drives innovation, and encourages connection. Our hub locations are Denver, CO, San Francisco, CA, and Santiago, Chile. Compensation and Benefits
The base salary range for this role is $74,000 to $87,000 in Denver, CO. We use geographic cost of labor as an input to develop ranges for our roles, and each location where we hire may have a different range. If this role is remote, we have listed the top to the bottom of the possible range, but we will specify the target range for an exact location when you are selected for a recruiting discussion.
