Key Responsibilities
As a Live Chat Representative at arenaflex, you'll be the first point of contact for guests connecting with us online. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Responding to guest inquiries via live chat on our website, social media, and other digital platforms
- Assisting with online reservations, order support, menu details, hours, and general inquiries
- Resolving issues quickly and professionally, escalating when necessary
- Maintaining a warm and conversational tone that reflects our brand voice

- Collaborating with front-of-house and management teams to ensure accurate, real-time communication

Requirements
