Job Summary
As an On-Site Customer Service Agent at arenaflex, you'll be the face of our organization, providing exceptional support to our clients' customers. You'll be responsible for addressing customer concerns, providing solutions, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner. Your excellent communication skills, strong computer navigational skills, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment will make you an invaluable asset to our team.
Key Responsibilities
* Assist customers with issues and concerns they are experiencing during the use of the product and/or service
- Document call-related information for auditing and reporting purposes
- Maintain and update customer information as necessary
- Upsell current customers on new or enhanced services
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues
- Provide exceptional customer service through phone, email, and chat support
- Meet or exceed performance metrics and quality standards
- Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge
Essential Qualifications
* High school diploma or equivalent
- 1-2 years of customer service experience (in-person or remote)
- Strong computer navigational skills, including Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel)
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Exceptional listening and comprehension skills
- Professional and courteous demeanor
- Customer-oriented mindset
Preferred Qualifications
* Previous experience in a call center or customer-facing role
- Familiarity with CRM software and customer relationship management principles
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to work in a team environment and collaborate with colleagues
- Bilingual or multilingual skills (a plus)
