Job Summary

As an Entry-Level Customer Service Representative, you'll play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences to our valued clients. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Inbound and outbound calling to engage with customers and provide information about our benefits
• Setting appointments and performing presentations to members of unions that request our benefits
• Utilizing basic computer knowledge to complete necessary paperwork and maintain accurate records
• Participating in quality control initiatives to ensure high standards of customer service
• Engaging in leadership development opportunities to enhance your skills and career growth

Key Responsibilities

* Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers through effective communication and problem-solving skills
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of benefits and services
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to provide expert advice to customers
• Participate in training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge

Essential Qualifications

* Good verbal communication skills with the ability to articulate complex information in a clear and concise manner

• Excellent customer relation and communication skills, with a focus on building strong relationships with customers
• Upbeat and positive attitude with great energy, demonstrating a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences
• Ability to interact effectively with people and groups, including customers, colleagues, and management
• Strong customer service and/or sales experience, preferably in a call center or customer-facing environment
• Legally authorized to work in the US or Canada

Preferred Qualifications

* Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a call center or sales environment

• Familiarity with basic computer software and systems, including CRM platforms and Microsoft Office
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and resolve complex issues
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlines
• Strong teamwork and collaboration skills, with a focus on building positive relationships with colleagues and customers
