Job Summary
As an Entry-Level Customer Service Representative, you'll play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences to our valued clients. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Inbound and outbound calling to engage with customers and provide information about our benefits
- Setting appointments and performing presentations to members of unions that request our benefits
- Utilizing basic computer knowledge to complete necessary paperwork and maintain accurate records
- Participating in quality control initiatives to ensure high standards of customer service
- Engaging in leadership development opportunities to enhance your skills and career growth
Key Responsibilities
* Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers through effective communication and problem-solving skills
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of benefits and services
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to provide expert advice to customers
- Participate in training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge
Essential Qualifications
* Good verbal communication skills with the ability to articulate complex information in a clear and concise manner
- Excellent customer relation and communication skills, with a focus on building strong relationships with customers
- Upbeat and positive attitude with great energy, demonstrating a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences
- Ability to interact effectively with people and groups, including customers, colleagues, and management
- Strong customer service and/or sales experience, preferably in a call center or customer-facing environment
- Legally authorized to work in the US or Canada

* Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a call center or sales environment
- Familiarity with basic computer software and systems, including CRM platforms and Microsoft Office
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and resolve complex issues

- Strong teamwork and collaboration skills, with a focus on building positive relationships with colleagues and customers
