Position Responsibilities
As a Bilingual Customer Support Specialist, you'll be responsible for:
* Processing customer orders, making product recommendations, and handling account inquiries using world-class technology.
* Being a product and solutions expert, equipped to answer product, pricing, and shipping questions quickly and confidently.
* Building business relationships with customers over phone, email, and chat.
* Understanding customer needs and recommending arenaflex's best solutions.
* Helping customers navigate arenaflex's website and online ordering.
Minimum Requirements
* High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred.
* Excellent problem-solving, listening, and communication skills.
* Prior customer service experience is a plus, but if you're eager to learn, we'll train you!
* Bilingual (English / Spanish) – fluent in both verbal and written forms.
