Key Responsibilities:

- Respond to client inquiries, concerns, and requests through chat communication in a timely and professional manner - Accurately gather and document information from clients and relay it to the appropriate team members - Handle confidential and sensitive information with utmost discretion and professionalism - Provide knowledgeable and compassionate support to clients regarding medical procedures, appointments, and general inquiries - Proactively identify and address potential issues or concerns and escalate them to the appropriate team members - Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless and positive experience for clients

Qualifications:
