As a Customer Service Representative – Refill Pharmacy Technician at arenaflex, you will:- Ensure Process Efficiency: Work closely with patients and physicians to coordinate fertility plans and medications, ensuring seamless communication and timely resolution of customer issues.
- Prioritize Attention to Detail: Accurately obtain and enter patient information, including shipping, insurance, and payment details, to maintain the highest level of data integrity.
- Collaborate with Colleagues: Escalate complex claims to our Senior Billing & Reimbursement Specialists for prompt and effective resolution.

Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you will need:- CPhT License: A valid CPhT license is required for Arizona residents, while a valid MA Tech license is required for Massachusetts residents. A preferred CPhT certification is also welcome.
- Excellent Customer Service Skills: Demonstrate a passion for delivering exceptional customer service and a commitment to resolving customer issues.
- Organization and Time Management Skills: Prioritize tasks effectively and manage your time to meet deadlines and deliver high-quality results.
- High School Diploma or GED: A minimum educational requirement for this role.
- PC Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and internet navigation is essential.
- Residency Requirements: Must reside within the state of Arizona or within driving distance of Newburyport, Massachusetts.
