Job Summary

The Director, Customer Success will be responsible for growing and developing arenaflex accounts, setting up and managing service expectations, providing broad industry expertise, and building deep relationships with our customers. This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned professional to join our team and make a significant impact on our business.

Key Responsibilities

* Develops and nurtures strategic relationships with our most valuable customers, becoming their trusted advisor and consultant.

  • Partners with internal teams to launch new and support existing clients, ensuring a seamless experience through all phases of the customer relationship.
  • Collaborates with our technical support team to develop onboarding plans for new customers, leads, and facilitates kick-off discussions, and appropriately sets and manages expectations.
  • Manages assigned technical resources to execute implementation/success plan and provide customer support and all account implementation needs.
  • Engages with key influencers and decision makers across different teams within the customer's organization.
  • Conducts business reviews and goal-setting meetings, providing strategic guidance on our platform's best practices, use cases, and organizational workflow.
  • Stays informed of digital marketing trends, data-driven marketing news, emerging technologies, and competitor offerings, ensuring arenaflex remains at the forefront of industry innovation.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned by management, including supervising employees within the department.

Supervisory Responsibilities

* Directly supervises employees within the department, including interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.

Requirements

* Bachelor's Degree (BA) from a four-year college or university, or one to two years of related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

  • 5-10 years of experience in a Customer Success or related role, with a strong track record of driving business growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Business Acumen, Communication Proficiency, Customer/Client Focus, Leadership, Presentation Skills, Problem Solving/Analysis, Results Driven, Strategic Thinking, and Technical Capacity are essential skills for this role.

Preferred Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in sales, project management, or business administration or equivalent number of years of experience.

  • Proven experience in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and business growth.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing trends, data-driven marketing news, emerging technologies, and competitor offerings.
