Job Description
As a Senior Customer Success Manager, you'll play a critical role in promoting our products and growing customer relationships. You'll support our customers as they transition from sales prospects to active users, leveraging your expertise in building customer relationships, communication, and problem-solving. This is an ideal opportunity for someone with a proven track record in customer-facing roles, excellent communication skills, and the ability to represent a growing company.
Responsibilities
* Regularly check in with customers to develop an open communication line, ensuring concerns are promptly heard and addressed
- Present and demonstrate our solutions to customers, showcasing the value of our products
- Coordinate sales efforts for services and license revenues, driving product value and growth
- Prepare and submit sales contracts, ensuring seamless transactions
- Develop trusted advisor relationships with executive sponsors, providing strategic guidance and support
- Prepare weekly and monthly reports, tracking key performance indicators and customer success metrics
Schedule
* Monday – Friday (Part-time/Full-time)
- 30-40 hours per week
- Remote/Hybrid/in-office
