Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Remote Chat Agent to join our team, providing exceptional customer service through live chat and text messaging. As a key member of our customer engagement team, you'll be responsible for responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing a seamless experience for our customers. Key Responsibilities

* Respond to and engage in conversation with inbound chat/text messages in a timely and professional manner

  • Provide thoughtful, grammatically correct, and accurate responses to customer inquiries
  • Engage with conversations within 1 minute of receipt, ensuring prompt and efficient resolution of customer issues
  • Identify and report system errors or anomalies, contributing to the continuous improvement of our customer engagement platform
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics, including a minimum number of conversations per hour and ERA above 10%
  • Operate within multiple software platforms, staying up-to-date with the latest features and functionality
  • Collaborate with the customer engagement team to resolve complex customer issues and provide exceptional service

Education & Skills Required

* Knowledge of the automobile industry, including makes and models of vehicles

  • High-speed internet access, ensuring seamless connectivity and efficient communication
  • High school diploma or GED, with a strong foundation in communication, customer service, and technology

Work Schedule

Our Remote Chat Agents work a flexible schedule, with the following hours:

  • Tuesday: 11:00 AM - 9:00 PM
  • Thursday: 10:00 AM - 8:00 PM
  • Friday: 10:00 AM - 8:00 PM
  • Saturday: 10:00 AM - 8:00 PM

Essential Qualifications

* 1+ year of experience in customer service, sales, or a related field

  • Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service, with a focus on resolving issues and meeting customer needs
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with customers in a professional and courteous manner
  • Ability to work independently, with minimal supervision, and as part of a team
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex customer issues and provide effective solutions
  • Familiarity with customer engagement software and platforms, with a willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in the automotive industry, with knowledge of makes and models of vehicles

  • Certification in customer service, sales, or a related field
  • Experience working in a remote or virtual environment
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and report system errors or anomalies
