The Role
As a Data Entry Crew Manager, you'll be responsible for leading a small team of 3-5 teen data entry workers, ensuring that all tasks are completed accurately and on time. You'll work closely with your team to assign tasks, track progress, and provide support and guidance when needed. Responsibilities
* Enter and review basic data (lists, records, digital forms) with attention to detail and accuracy
- Assign and track tasks for a small team of 3-5 teen data entry workers, ensuring that all deadlines are met
- Report weekly progress to a senior remote coordinator, providing updates on team performance and any challenges faced
- Help new hires understand basic tools and task flow, providing support and guidance as needed
- Collaborate with your team to ensure that all data is accurate and up-to-date, and that all tasks are completed efficiently
- Participate in regular team meetings and training sessions to stay up-to-date with the latest tools and best practices

Pay & Perks
* Pay Range: $16-$20/hour (based on performance)
