Responsibilities

As a Seasonal Customer Service Agent, you'll be responsible for:

  • Handling Incoming Calls and Emails: Respond to incoming calls and emails from Prime members, pharmacies, and doctors' offices regarding medication and benefits inquiries.
  • Investigating and Resolving Member Inquiries: Investigate and resolve member inquiries in a timely manner, escalating complex issues to the appropriate team member as needed.
  • Adhering to Standard Operating Procedures: Adhere to and reinforce arenaflex and departmental standard operating procedures and training guidelines specific to HIPAA.
  • Other Duties as Assigned: Perform other duties as assigned by your supervisor or team lead.

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you'll need:

  • High School Diploma or GED: A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • 1 Year of Customer Service Experience: At least 1 year of customer service experience is preferred.
  • Eligibility to Work in the United States: Must be eligible to work in the United States without the need for a work visa or residency sponsorship.

Nice-to-Haves

While not required, the following skills and experiences are highly desirable:

  • Call Center Experience: Previous call center experience, particularly in the healthcare industry.
  • Call Center Experience in the Healthcare Industry: Experience working in a call center environment within the healthcare industry.
  • Work from Home (Remote) Experience: Previous experience working from home or in a remote environment.
  • Fluency in Spanish: Fluency in Spanish is a plus, but not required.
