Key Responsibilities

* Deliver Exceptional Customer Experiences: Provide timely, accurate, and empathetic support to clients, resolving their inquiries and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.

  • Manage Incoming Communications: Answer and manage incoming calls, emails, chats, and/or interactive voice response systems, ensuring that all customer interactions are handled efficiently and effectively.
  • Learn and Follow Procedures: Develop a thorough understanding of Arenaflex's customer service procedures and policies, and adhere to them in all interactions with clients.
  • Meet and Exceed Targets: Strive to meet and exceed personal and team target goals, consistently delivering high-quality results and contributing to the success of the team.
  • Record and Organize Customer Interactions: Record, organize, and file customer interactions and account changes, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records.
  • Upsell and Schedule Call Backs: Identify opportunities to upsell and schedule call backs and appointments to resolve customer needs and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Multitask and Prioritize: Manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously, ensuring that all customer interactions are handled efficiently and effectively.

Requirements

* Previous Experience: Previous experience in customer support, client services, sales, or a related field is essential for this role.

  • Excellent Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, are required to interact with clients and colleagues.
  • Basic Computer Skills: Basic computer skills and experience with customer service software and systems are necessary for this role.
