Job Summary

As an Overnight Customer Support Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to internal and external clients through various communication channels. You will work independently and as part of a team, handling multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment. Your primary role will be to:

  • Answer inbound calls, troubleshoot technical issues, and manage department inbox
  • Provide excellent customer service, anticipating and exceeding the needs of our customers
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems in a timely and professional manner
  • Work independently and as part of a team, handling multiple tasks and priorities
  • Communicate effectively with clients, colleagues, and management through various channels

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide excellent customer service, anticipating and exceeding the needs of our customers
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems in a timely and professional manner
  • Work independently and as part of a team, handling multiple tasks and priorities
  • Communicate effectively with clients, colleagues, and management through various channels
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues and improve customer satisfaction
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, products, and services to provide informed support
  • Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge

Essential Qualifications

* Associate degree or 2 years' experience in customer support or client relations

  • Ability to work an occasional flexible schedule, including some evenings, weekends, and additional hours during peak times or as required for coverage
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities, along with strong presentation skills
  • Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical problems in a timely and professional manner
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, handling multiple tasks and priorities
  • Prioritizes delivering an exceptional customer experience and is dedicated to going the extra mile to achieve it

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience with ticketing systems and customer relationship management (CRM) software

  • Familiarity with arenaflex's products and services
  • Certification in customer service or a related field
  • Experience working in a 24x7x365 operation
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to propose iterative solutions clearly and concisely
