  • You'll have the opportunity to work across various areas of customer service and security, including registration and security, doors, move, and appearance.
  • You'll be responsible for performing a range of airport-related tasks, including assisting with daily operations, searching and screening passengers, and completing regulatory obligations.

What you'll do:

* Provide exceptional customer care and ensure a consistent experience across all contact points.

  • Perform a range of airport-related tasks, including:

+ Registration and security: search and screen passengers, verify travel documents, and ensure compliance with security regulations. + Doors: assist with passenger movement, manage queues, and maintain a safe and secure environment. + Move: coordinate passenger movement, manage baggage handling, and ensure smooth airport operations. + Appearance: maintain a professional appearance, adhere to uniform standards, and promote a positive image of arenaflex.

  • Work closely with Lead Specialists to ensure seamless operations and provide guidance on customer service and security matters.
  • Lead regulatory obligations, including pre-flight and post-flight takeoff procedures.
  • Address customer inquiries and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Advance and sell arenaflex services and products to our clients.
  • Participate in mandatory training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge.

All you'll need for success:

* Minimum 1-2 years of experience in customer service or a related field.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle pressure and stress.
  • Proficiency in English and German languages (written and verbal).
  • Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and email.
  • Familiarity with reservation systems, such as Saber/Qik or other similar software.
  • Ability to work in a shift environment, including weekends, bank holidays, and public holidays.
  • Willingness to attend training and development programs in the USA and Europe.
