Position Overview
As an Experienced Full Stack Customer Support Agent, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support to our clients through live chat software. You will interact with visitors on our clients' websites and provide prompt and friendly customer service, resolving customer complaints and issues effectively. This is a full-time remote position that can be done from anywhere in the United States, offering a competitive salary and a range of benefits.
Responsibilities
As an Experienced Full Stack Customer Support Agent, you will be responsible for:
- Responding to customer inquiries and providing accurate information in a timely and professional manner
- Assisting customers in making informed decisions and resolving customer complaints and issues effectively
- Communicating with customers in a friendly and professional manner, using active listening skills and empathy
- Keeping accurate records of customer interactions and transactions, using our CRM system
- Staying up-to-date with product and service information, including new features and updates
- Following up on customer interactions to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty
- Collaborating with our team to resolve complex customer issues and improve customer satisfaction
- Participating in ongoing training and development to improve your skills and knowledge
Skills and Qualifications
To qualify for this position, you must have:
- A strong background in customer service, with a minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer-facing role
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think on your feet and provide solutions to customer issues
- A customer-focused mindset, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences
- Strong technical skills, including proficiency in live chat software and CRM systems
- A reliable internet connection and a device capable of accessing social media and website chat functions
- Availability for at least 5 hours per week, up to 40 hours per week
Preferred Qualifications

- Familiarity with Amazon Seller Chat Support and live chat software
