Job Summary
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be the face of our organization, impacting members' service experience by handling customer inquiries and resolving issues via telephone, internet, or written correspondence. You'll engage, consult, and educate members based on their unique needs, preferences, and understanding of arenaflex plans, tools, and resources. Your goal will be to guide members along a clear path to care, creating an emotional connection and building trusting relationships.
Key Responsibilities
* Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues via telephone, internet, or written correspondence
- Engage, consult, and educate members based on their unique needs, preferences, and understanding of arenaflex plans, tools, and resources
- Guide members through their plan of benefits, arenaflex policy, and procedures, while ensuring compliance with regulatory guidelines
- Create an emotional connection with members by understanding and engaging them to champion their best health
- Take accountability to fully understand members' needs by building trusting and caring relationships
- Anticipate customer needs and provide related information to answer unasked questions
- Explain members' rights and responsibilities in accordance with contract
- Document and track contacts with members, providers, and plan sponsors
- Triages resulting rework to appropriate staff
Required Qualifications
* High School diploma or GED equivalent
- Customer service experience in a transaction-based environment, such as a call center or retail location, demonstrating ability to be empathetic and compassionate
- Experience in a production environment
- Ability to reside within a 50-mile radius of New Albany, OH, in the event of an outage, you may be asked to work onsite

Education
* High School diploma, G.E.D. or equivalent experience

Pay Range
* The typical pay range for this role is: $17.00 - $25.65
- This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors, including experience, education, geography, and other relevant factors.
