Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Consultant on our arenaflex Answer Team, you'll be responsible for:

  • Responding to client service requests and issues in a call center environment
  • Delivering first-call resolution for 90-95% of inquiries
  • Accurately identifying, researching, and resolving issues based on initial client communication
  • Providing support for enrollment and billing inquiries, commissions, technical support, and group administration
  • Demonstrating exceptional customer service skills in all interactions with clients
  • Utilizing problem-solving skills to address and resolve client concerns effectively

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • A High School Diploma or GED equivalent
  • Prior call center experience
  • Experience in process improvement and root-cause analysis methodologies (preferred)
  • The capability to develop technical acumen
  • A strong client-facing orientation
  • Demonstrated exceptional customer service skills
  • Demonstrated problem-solving skills

Nice-to-Haves

While not required, the following skills and qualifications are highly desirable:

  • Experience working in a health care environment
  • Knowledge of health care industry regulations and compliance
  • Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software
  • Experience with data analysis and reporting
