Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer service to clients via phone, email, and chat

  • Support the executive team with administrative duties, such as scheduling appointments, preparing reports, and maintaining records
  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Collaborate with the team to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and data entry tasks
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to improve customer service skills and data entry efficiency

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred

  • 1-2 years of customer service experience, preferably in a call center or retail environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • Proficiency in data entry software and Microsoft Office applications
