Responsibilities
As an Experienced Customer Service Representative – Data Entry and Focus Group Participation, you'll be responsible for:
- Participating in nationwide and local paid focus groups and clinical trials, either online or in-person, to provide valuable insights and feedback
- Completing written and oral instructions, as well as written surveys, to ensure accurate and comprehensive feedback
- Using products and/or services provided, if applicable, and being prepared to discuss them prior to meeting dates
- Demonstrating a strong understanding of customer needs and preferences, and providing exceptional service to meet those needs
- Maintaining a high level of professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality in all interactions
- Working independently and as part of a team to achieve shared goals and objectives
- Staying up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and arenaflex's products and services to provide informed and relevant feedback
Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- To be at least 16 years old
- Proficiency in basic PC skills, including typing and navigation
- A reliable internet connection
- Basic English written and spoken language skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
