Your Role

As a Spanish-English Bilingual Customer Service and Sales Representative, you'll be the face of arenaflex, delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving sales growth. You'll work remotely, connecting with customers across the United States, and have the opportunity to develop your skills and advance your career. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Providing full lifecycle customer service and sales, including inbound and outbound calls, emails, and chats
• Assisting customers in understanding their coverages and selecting the right products and services to meet their needs
• Responding to customer inquiries with compassion and active listening, and selecting the best solution in an efficient manner
• Identifying additional needs customers may have and helping them to upgrade products or services
• Growing your career by connecting your customer service and sales aptitude to become a Spanish-English Bilingual Remote Licensed Healthcare Insurance Agent

What You Bring to the Role

To succeed in this role, you'll need to bring the following skills and qualifications:

• Bilingual in English and Spanish
• Aptitude, self-discipline, and tenacity to learn about what it takes to become a licensed insurance associate, including passing the state licensing exam
• High-speed internet (25 mbps download and 10 mbps upload)
• Minimum six (6) months sales experience
• Integrity to follow HIPAA guidelines on maintaining patient privacy
• Strong customer service orientation, including empathy, compassion, and listening skills
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong computer navigation skills and experience, as this role is 100% remote

• A base wage of $16/hr while studying for your state exam, with an increase to your base pay and eligibility for performance-based bonuses once you're licensed
