Key Responsibilities:
* Handle inbound calls from the public, responding to their queries and concerns in a polite, professional, and empathetic manner
- Book, re-schedule, and cancel appointments on our booking system, ensuring accuracy and efficiency
- Provide exceptional customer service, resolving issues and concerns in a timely and effective manner
- Maintain a high level of productivity and efficiency, meeting or exceeding performance targets
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless communication and a positive customer experience
- Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge
