Job Summary

As a Customer Care Representative-Associate, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, resolving customer complaints, and providing proactive support to our customers. You'll work closely with our team to ensure that our customers receive the highest level of service, and you'll be empowered to make decisions that drive customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Key Responsibilities

* Respond to customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and provide proactive support to our customers

  • Process customer requests, including account creation, bookings, and quotes
  • Manage customer cases, including issue resolution, service recovery, and claims handling
  • Escalate complex issues to senior team members as needed
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve customer satisfaction
  • Provide excellent written and verbal communication skills to customers and internal stakeholders
  • Meet or exceed customer satisfaction targets and key performance indicators (KPIs)

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field (e.g., business, communications, or customer service) preferred

  • 1-2 years of customer service experience in a call center or customer-facing role
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet or exceed customer satisfaction targets
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and PC skills
  • Ability to work in a team environment and collaborate with internal stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience in a logistics or transportation industry

  • Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) software and systems
  • Certification in customer service or a related field (e.g., Certified Customer Service Representative (CCSR))
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills
