Job Summary

As a Business Intelligence Insights Specialist, you'll play a critical role in assessing business data to create meaningful experiences and metrics, identifying patterns that drive business growth. You'll work closely with our team to support best practices and information sharing within the organization, and as a trusted advisor to the business, you'll help clients determine data needs.

Key Responsibilities

* Analyze data, identify trends, and provide summary analysis and interpretation to business leaders

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify new reports needed to support business requirements
• Streamline and normalize reports on a regular basis, define and influence metrics definitions from a global perspective
• Design, run, and implement reports to support the business and collaborate with other teams to provide feedback and support process improvement
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and discuss them with internal business groups

Essential Qualifications

* Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment with demonstrated expertise in reporting and exceptional technical skills and presentation abilities

• Strong understanding of specific data knowledge and experience in business processes
• Working knowledge of Python, SQL, Power BI, and Visual Studio, and familiarity with Power Apps and Automation Anywhere - A360
• Strong understanding of business climate and industry trends
• Excellent communication and critical thinking skills, and being client-focused as well as having strong technical skills and presentation abilities

Preferred Qualifications

* Strong experience in Large Scale, C, C++, Java, .NET, Visual Studio programming, knowledge of Power Apps, and Automation Anywhere 360

• Familiarity with data visualization tools and techniques
• Experience working with cloud-based data platforms and tools
• Strong understanding of data governance and data quality principles
