Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Social Media Customer Support Representative to join our team at arenaflex. As a key member of our customer support team, you will be responsible for monitoring and responding to customer inquiries, comments, and feedback across our social media channels, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and TikTok. Responsibilities

  • Monitor and respond to customer inquiries, comments, and feedback: You will be responsible for monitoring our social media channels and responding to customer inquiries, comments, and feedback in a timely and accurate manner, ensuring a positive and seamless customer experience.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications:

  • Excellent written communication skills: You will need to have excellent written communication skills, with a strong command of grammar, spelling, and punctuation.
  • Proficiency in navigating and engaging with social media platforms: You will need to be proficient in navigating and engaging with social media platforms, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and TikTok.
  • Customer-centric mindset: You will need to have a customer-centric mindset, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment: You will need to be able to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment, with a strong attention to detail.
  • Strong problem-solving skills: You will need to have strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot issues and provide solutions to customers.
  • Previous customer service experience: While previous customer service experience is preferred, it is not required.
  • Familiarity with arenaflex's brand and content: Familiarity with arenaflex's brand and content is a plus, but not required.
