The Role
As a Full Stack Customer Care Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients via phone, email, and chat. You'll work closely with our team to resolve customer complaints, answer questions, and provide solutions to their problems. Your goal will be to exceed customer expectations and build strong relationships with our clients.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and chat

- Meet or exceed customer satisfaction targets

Requirements
* Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., business, communications, customer service)
- At least 9 years of experience in customer service or a related field
- Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Familiarity with customer service software and systems
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to work in a remote environment with minimal supervision
Preferred Qualifications
* Graduate degree or equivalent experience
- Certification in customer service or a related field (e.g., CEH, GSEC, CISM)
- 12+ years of experience in customer service or a related field
- Working knowledge of customer service software and systems
- Experience with cloud-based applications and microservice architectures
- Ability to perform manual security code audits
- Ability to decipher dynamic/static examination devices and entrance test results
