Job Summary

As a Customer Account Executive – Inside Sales Representative, you'll be responsible for selling arenaflex products and services to customers through a variety of channels, including phone, email, and in-person interactions. You'll work closely with customers to understand their needs and preferences, and use your sales skills to tailor a package that meets their requirements. This is a remote position, and you'll be working from the comfort of your own home office.

Key Responsibilities

* Sell arenaflex products and services to customers through a variety of channels, including phone, email, and in-person interactions

  • Build relationships with customers to understand their needs and preferences, and tailor a package that meets their requirements
  • Use sales skills to close deals and meet or exceed sales targets
  • Provide exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Stay up-to-date with current and emerging communications and entertainment technologies to stay ahead of the competition
  • Collaborate with other teams to provide a seamless customer experience
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and performance goals
  • Attend training and development programs to enhance sales skills and knowledge

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required

  • 2-5 years of sales experience preferred
  • Bilingual English/Spanish preferred but not required
  • Ability to work independently with little or no supervision
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work a variable schedule, including nights and weekends

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience in the telecommunications or entertainment industry

  • Knowledge of arenaflex products and services
  • Experience with sales software and tools
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills
  • Ability to work in a team environment
