Job Summary:

arenaflex is seeking an experienced data entry specialist to extract contact information from a series of short videos. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for accurately transcribing the data from the videos into a spreadsheet, ensuring 100% accuracy and attention to detail. Responsibilities:

* Extract contact information from 7 one-minute-long videos, including first name, last name, company name, job title, and file name of the video the contact is from

• Utilize OCR software or manual data entry methods to ensure 100% accuracy
• Double-check work to prevent errors and ensure high-quality deliverables
• Deliver a fully filled-out spreadsheet with 100% accuracy
• Receive and review the videos after accepting the contract
• Ensure all IP and deliverables remain the ownership of arenaflex

Essential Qualifications:

* 2+ years of experience in data entry, with a focus on accuracy and attention to detail

• Proficiency in using OCR software or manual data entry methods
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to meet deadlines
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Familiarity with spreadsheet software, such as Google Sheets or Microsoft Excel
