Job Summary:
arenaflex is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Part-time Evening Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a key member of our customer service team, you'll be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, resolving customer concerns, and providing exceptional service to our clients. This is an eight-week contract position, working Monday through Thursday from 6 PM to 11 PM EST, with a 30-minute lunch break, and Saturday from 12 PM to 6 PM EST, with a 30-minute lunch break.
Responsibilities:
As a Part-time Evening Customer Service Representative, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Handling outbound calls within an acceptable time period in a courteous and professional manner
- Good computer skills, including proficiency in using a PC computer, USB headset, and dual monitor setup
- Strong ability to grasp material and concepts quickly and effectively
- Effectively and professionally resolving customer concerns and issues
- Updating database in an accurate and timely manner after each call
- Keeping up-to-date on campaign specifics and meeting all targets for productivity, quality, attendance, and code of conduct
- Handling inbound calls, responding to inquiries, and escalating complaints and issues to supervisors when necessary
- Participating in quality monitoring, peer monitoring, and routine administrative tasks as assigned
- Responding to customer inquiries via email or telephone, and handling compliance or escalated inquiries
Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- 6 months+ experience in customer service, data entry, or a related field
- Ability to read, write, and speak English fluently
- Ability to follow a script word for word for 6-8 hours/day
- Reliable internet connection with a minimum speed of 50 download and 10 upload
- Ability to take or place a high volume of calls per day, with a goal of handling 30 calls/hour using an auto dialer or call flow
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service

Compensation and Benefits:
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hour. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits, and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
