Job Summary
As a Full Stack Data Analyst at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in designing, developing, and implementing data-driven solutions to meet our business needs. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, develop reporting and analytic solutions, and present findings to stakeholders. With a focus on data integrity, accuracy, and timeliness, you'll work on complex data analysis, reporting, and software development projects, leveraging your technical skills and expertise to drive business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and teams to gather requirements and develop reporting and analytic solutions to meet business needs. - Develop, validate, and execute complex queries, develop complex reports, and perform complex data analysis to answer business questions for internal clients. - Design and develop packages for internal clients, ensuring data integrity and accuracy. - Evaluate data needs of assigned projects, assure data integrity and suitability, and determine data series methods, metrics definitions, and assessment methods. - Translate data into actionable insights through reporting solutions. - Troubleshoot technical issues and present evaluation and reports to internal clients and stakeholders.
Required Qualifications
- 2-4+ years of experience in most of the following: - Experience with Microsoft Access (manipulating forms, tables, queries, etc.), Excel, Visual Basic for Applications - Experience with reporting platform – SQL Server Integrated Services (SSIS) - Development Programming Languages / Knowledge / Experience – ASP.NET, C#, JavaScript - Development Database Languages / Knowledge / Experience – Transact SQL - Database Knowledge / Experience – MS SQL Server
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with reporting platform – WEBI (SAP BI Launchpad) - Knowledge of arenaflex systems, databases, and underlying data structures (e.g., ACAS, HMO, HRP, etc.) - Database Knowledge / Experience – Hadoop, Oracle - Development Database Languages / Knowledge / Experience – Oracle PLSQL - Crystal Reporting experience preferred
Required Education
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or equivalent related work experience
